These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the HeadFun Silent Disco website, tickets bought through it, and attendance at our events.
Using the service
You agree to use HeadFun Silent Disco in a lawful, good-faith way. You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other users, or submit fraudulent, misleading, or abusive information.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and for any activity that occurs through your account, including ticket purchases and genre votes.
Tickets and entry
A ticket admits one person to the event, date, and venue listed on it. Each ticket can be checked in once. Venue age policies and house rules apply at every event, and you may need to show ID. We and the venue may refuse entry or remove anyone whose conduct puts guests, staff, equipment, or the venue at risk.
Headphones
Wireless headphones are loaned to you for the event. They remain our property, and you must return them before you leave. You may be charged for headphones that are not returned or that are damaged through misuse.
Refunds and event changes
Refund terms are shown at the time of purchase and apply to that order. If an event is rescheduled, moved, or canceled, we will tell ticket holders using the email address on the order.
Conduct
Treat other guests, DJs, staff, and the venue with respect. Harassment, violence, threats, and damage to property are not allowed. Follow staff and venue instructions. We may remove anyone who does not and may refuse them entry to future events.
Availability and changes
HeadFun Silent Disco is an evolving service. Features, pages, account flows, event details, and policies may change over time. We may suspend, remove, or modify features when needed for safety, maintenance, legal reasons, or business needs.
Disclaimers and limits
The site is provided on an as-available basis. We do our best to keep event listings and related information useful, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect accuracy, or the content of external links.
